At MJ Professional, we take pride in providing high-quality professional nail products. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• All original seals must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns must be approved by our customer service team before being shipped back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed nail products, including hard gels, gel polishes, bases, tops, and other liquid or gel formulations, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Include your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and any damage.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

The 48-hour reporting request does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for discretionary returns. This does not apply where a refund of shipping charges is required by law.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for discretionary returns.

If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, MJ Professional will cover reasonable return shipping costs where a return is required.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change.

Orders may be canceled or modified before they have been processed for shipment, subject to confirmation by our team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Eligible items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

For cancellation requests, please contact MJ Professional as soon as possible with your order number.

If MJ Professional is unable to fulfill your order, we will offer an appropriate alternative or a refund. We will not substitute unavailable products without your approval.

Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
