We currently ship within the United States through USPS.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped during regular business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are provided at checkout, when available.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more, after discounts and before taxes.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with available options, including cancellation and a refund as required by law.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

Lost or Missing Packages

All orders are shipped with tracking information.

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by USPS but cannot be located, customers should check their mailbox, property, parcel lockers, and with neighbors before contacting MJ Professional.

Customers must notify us of any delivery issues as soon as possible.

Once a package is marked as delivered, refunds or replacements will not be issued automatically.

MJ Professional reserves the right to review tracking information, delivery confirmation, and carrier investigation results before determining whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Claims will be reviewed individually in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
